Follow that thing. The thing that you really want to do but just can't figure out how to make it your full time yet. If you keep following it, and finding out new ways to nurture it, protect it, and utilize it, you'll find it much easier to keep track of. You keep it at the forefront of your mind instead of the back, and if it's in the forefront, you naturally spend more time on it, and it will eventually become everything you wished for.
"Don't wait on your situation to be perfect"
Prayer is a key to this, because you can't do it on your own. But praying, not for your problems to go away, but for God to provide you the tools you need to solve them, and the consciousness to be aware when those tools show up in your life. (Spoiler ALERT: It works) Secondly, and very important, don't wait on your situation to be perfect in order to start! Hesitation shows lack of faith, certain tools won't be shown or given to you as long as you stay "on the fence". Now this doesn't mean quit your job now, rather figure how to work on your passion during your down time, start giving it your time and attention, and God will see you working and be more than glad to unveil more tools than you could ever imagine. Lastly, study those who did what you're trying to do, find the ones who you most connect with, and study their story. Find the similarities between yours and theirs, this gives you a scale of how close you are to getting to where they are now, what you might have to go through, and if you're ready to work that hard and sacrifice that much to make that thing yours.
Stay consistent to the good habits for you, never be afraid to challenge yourself to create better habits, and TRUST in something greater than you.
